1. Service

AdYard ("we", "us") operates ad-yard.com, a platform for purchasing remnant display advertising inventory across publisher networks. By using our service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Campaigns & Payment

All campaign payments are processed through Stripe. Campaigns are subject to review before going live. We reserve the right to reject campaigns that contain misleading, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Impression counts are estimates based on your budget and selected CPM tier. Actual delivery may vary based on available inventory.

4. Creative Guidelines

Ads must not contain malware, deceptive claims, illegal content, or content that violates publisher policies. We may remove non-compliant creatives without notice.

5. Refunds

If your campaign is rejected during review, you will receive a full refund. Once a campaign is live and delivering impressions, refunds are issued on a prorated basis for undelivered impressions at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

AdYard is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific campaign in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
